Project “Improving the quality of Serbian language education in the diaspora” aims to modernize and enhance the teaching methods of 40 teachers of Serbian in schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia.
Through three seminars in 2024, teachers will have the opportunity to improve pedagogical skills, learn contemporary teaching methods, and receive support in connecting with institutions and experts in Serbia.
Teaching Serbian in the diaspora is essential for preserving national identity and language among young people living abroad and for fostering connections with the homeland through education, cultural, and social activities. This project contributes to higher quality education, increased motivation among teachers and students, and stronger cultural ties between the diaspora and Serbia.
