Project “Education for better entrepreneurial competencies ”aims to empower young people in Serbia through the development of entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. With high youth unemployment rates, the project promotes entrepreneurship as a key tool for creating new jobs and increasing economic independence. Through training, mentoring, and practical workshops, young participants acquire competencies that enable them to identify business opportunities and develop innovative ideas. The project directly contributes to increasing employment and creating new jobs in local communities. In the long term, it fosters the growth of young entrepreneurs, strengthens their resilience to labor market changes, and supports economic development through networking with experienced mentors and encouraging the creation of new businesses.
